Project: Genobud — an intelligent Telegram bot for personalized vitamin and nutrient selection based on blood analysis.


1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users (Users) of the Genobud service.

1.2. By using the Website or the Genobud Telegram bot, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the Policy, they must stop using the service.

1.4. Genobud processes personal data strictly in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (including Federal Law No. 152 “On Personal Data”) and the general principles of the GDPR.

8.3. Uploaded blood tests are used exclusively for the selection of nutrients based on AI algorithms and are not transferred to third parties.

8.4. The user is personally responsible for making health-related decisions and should consult a doctor before starting to take vitamins or dietary supplements.

9. Liability

9.1. Genobud shall not be liable for any actions of the User that result in data leakage.

9.2. In the event of a security breach, we will notify all affected users within 72 hours.

10.1. We reserve the right to change the Policy at any time.
